It is important to feel happy and supported in any community or environment. These two elements work together to create a high quality of life. At Haven Memory Care, located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, our highest priority is to support the needs of our residents, create joy in their daily lives, and support their family members and loved ones throughout the journey.
Knowledge is power. Few things in life are more accurate than that. For caregivers and families of the more than 5 million individuals living in the U.S. with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, empowerment comes from gaining knowledge about the stages, symptoms, and behaviors associated with these two conditions. A good starting place for that process is understanding their distinctions.
Gulf Shores, AL [July 28, 2020] – After an employee self-reported a positive COVID test result, the nursing staff at Haven Memory Care conducted 66 on-site COVID-19 tests among all memory care residents and staff members.
